Build and maintain strategic external relationships with key regulators and suppliers.
What we’re looking for is someone who is:
Self-disciplined, highly efficient and has excellent attention to detail.

Responsive and respectful with a 'can do' attitude.
And someone with experience of:
Operational management in a charity or small business
Driving and implementing improvements to systems and processes.
Managing third party suppliers and multiple stakeholder relations.
Responding strategically and wisely to opportunities and to challenge.
If you think you match our needs and share our vision why not apply to be part of our small but ground-breaking charity?
Women in Sport is committed to a working culture where everyone can be authentic and true to themselves. We value the quality and diversity of thought that is only possible from a team made up of individuals from a broad range of backgrounds, who can each bring their different experiences and perspectives. For this reason, we encourage applications from people of all ages, male allies as well as women, from disabled people and people from different cultural, ethnic, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Please see the job description for full list of responsibilities and the criteria required for this role.
This is a readvertisement for a campaign we ran in September’23. We have carefully considered all previous applications made. Therefore, would invite new applications only.
As a small charity we do not have the resources and capacity to support applicants who do not have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
The Charity
Our charity believes it is wrong for girls and women to be excluded from the joy, fulfilment and lifelong benefits of sport. Sport can transform lives, but due to gender stereotypes, institutional bias and gendered economic and health inequalities far too many women and girls are missing out.
Women in Sport has been working since 1984 to change this. We know that sport can give girls and women resilience, courage, self-belief and a sense of belonging through which they can learn vital life skills such as leadership and teamwork. That’s why our purpose is to create lasting positive change for women and girls in sport and society.
